O'Neill opening rent-to-own homes

LINCOLN -- Gov. Dave Heineman will be among the dignitaries at a grand opening this afternoon of a new housing project in O'Neill, Neb., for low- to moderate-income families.

Eleven new rent-to-own homes were built as part of the Country Clover Estates, CROWN Project. Seven of the homes are already leased and occupied in the north-central Nebraska community.

Funding sources for the CROWN homes included the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority.
