Council Bluffs police have identified a man found dead in a Dumpster as 51-year-old Jimmy D. Lankford.
Lankford, of Council Bluffs and formerly of Holdrege, Neb., was found Friday in a trash bin behind a store at the Metro Crossing shopping center.
An employee found the body behind Maurices. Investigators said Lankford appeared to be homeless, and there were no signs of foul play.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
