Omaha’s David Liu won the singles title on Tuesday at the USTA 12s National Open Championships at the Koch Family Tennis Center.
Liu, ranked sixth in the nation in boys 12 singles, defeated Robert Levine of Bedford, N.Y., 6-1, 6-3 in the finals.
