To many observers this looks like the stroller version of the Hokey-Pokey. To others these babies — Rebecca, left, and Christian Swanson of Elmwood, Neb. — illustrate a welcome change from troublesome thumb-sucking and further evidence that stretching for the Olympic synchronized swimming events starts early.
