The white team won in five sets on Saturday in an intersquad exhibition match.

The first competition at Sokol Arena saw Creighton defeat Creighton.
The Creighton volleyball team's white squad defeated the blues in a scrimmage 9-25, 27-25, 25-17, 25-21, 15-12. Of the 15 players who participated, 10 played for both teams.
Karisa Almgren and Alicia Runge each had 12 kills while playing for both squads, and Runge had four aces. Nayka Benitez led all players with 22 digs while Laurel Sanford had seven blocks. Former Bluejay Amanda Cvejdlik, playing exclusively for the white team, led all players with 18 kills.
Creighton's regular season begins at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Bluejay Invitational against Texas Tech.
