New lineup, new home for SkullDuggery

Andrew McGreevy’s SkullDuggery Theatre has announced its new season lineup and a new location for performances.

SkullDuggery, which has been performing at the P.S. Collective in Benson since January 2007, said in May that it planned to turn a space on the north side of Hamilton Street near 40th Street into a theater, opening in September. Issues with the building scuttled that plan.

Now the theater will perform in a building called Axiom, which also will hold a dance studio and art gallery at 1506 Webster St.

SkullDuggery’s season:
• October: “Almost an Evening,” by Ethan Cohen
• November: “Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead,” by Bert Royal
• December: “Red Light Winter,” by Adam Rapp
• January: “The Exonerated,” by Jessica Blank and Eric Jensen
• February: “Late: A Cowboy Song,” by Sara Ruhl
• March: “This Is How It Goes,” by Neil LaBute
• April, “Blasted,” by Sarah Cane
All shows contain adult subject matter.

McGreevy said he still hopes to establish a for-profit professional theater that pays both actors and technicians.
