Husker football hasn't started and city pools are now closed, so maybe something else is just what you're looking for this weekend.

On Saturday, head down to Omaha's riverfront for the Maha Music Festival, which organizers hope will help brand the city as a hot spot for independent music as well as bring people together for a good time.

Headliners G. Love & Special Sauce and Dashboard Confessional will cap off the all-day festival, which features a little bit of everything, including indie rock, emo and hip-hop from 10 bands.
