NELSON, Neb. (AP) A 21-year-old Guide Rock man faces a hearing next month on allegations that he sexually assaulted two 15-year-old girls.
Casey Vogler was arrested last week and has been charged with sexual assault and sexual assault of a child. Bail was set at $100,000.
One of the girls told a Superior Police Department officer that she had sex three times with Vogler between Jan. 12 and July 21.
Nebraska law prohibits people 19 or older from having sex with those under 16.
Authorities say that in a conversation secretly taped by police at the home of one of the girl's aunts, Vogler acknowledged to the aunt that he and her niece had sex.
