Omaha City Councilman Chuck Sigerson's condition has improved since suffering a heart attack and a stroke over the weekend, his family said Tuesday.
“Though he is still in a critical stage, he has begun therapy and walked the hospital halls today,” the family said in a statement.
“We all believe in God's power to heal and continue to urge the community to continue praying for Chuck and the health care professionals."
