A Randolph, Iowa, banker has been found not guilty of misdemeanor trespassing.

District Court Judge Charles Smith entered the verdict Wednesday in Fremont County.

The decision came almost a week after Jay Longinaker, president of Tri-Valley Bank, was acquitted of a related felony theft charge.

Longinaker had been charged with stealing horses in connection with the repossession of property pledged to the bank as collateral on a loan.
