NORFOLK — A Norfolk woman accused of mishandling state money will face a felony charge of theft by deception.
Kathy Sidlinger waived a preliminary hearing in Madison County Court and her case was bound over to District Court, where she will appear for arraignment on Oct. 23.
Sidlinger is accused of stealing more than $10,000 while working as a protection and safety case aide with the Norfolk office of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
