LINCOLN — Nebraska moved up two positions in the NCAA Division I coaches' volleyball Top 25 rankings, rising to No. 7 after victories last week over Kansas and Kansas State.
Penn State remained No. 1, followed by Texas, Hawaii, Washington, Stanford and Minnesota.
Other Big 12 teams in the rankings were No. 13 Iowa State, No. 19 Baylor and No. 22 Texas A&M. NU will play at Baylor in a 7 p.m. Wednesday match before traveling to Missouri for a 6:30 p.m. Saturday match.
The Huskers, meanwhile, announced that their Big 12 contest with Oklahoma on Oct. 24 will start at 7 p.m. at the NU Coliseum. No live television coverage is scheduled.
