    High school finals set for TV coverage

    LINCOLN — The Nebraska high school football championship games will be televised live on Nebraska Educational Television's NET1 and NET-HD networks on Nov. 23 and 24.

    The six games will be played at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln. On Nov. 23, the finals are Eight Man-2 at 10:15 a.m., Eight Man-1 at 2:45 p.m. and Class A at 7:15 p.m. On Nov. 24, the contests are Class C-2 at 10:15 a.m., Class C-1 at 2:45 p.m. and Class B at 7:15 p.m.

    NET1 is an over-the-air network whose signal reaches nearly all Nebraska viewers. In Omaha on Cox Communications, NET1 is on Channel 12.
