Government offices and other public services will follow these schedules Wednesday in observance of Veterans Day:
Federal offices: Closed in Nebraska and Iowa
State offices: Closed in Nebraska and Iowa
County offices: Closed in Douglas, Sarpy and Pottawattamie Counties
City Offices: Closed in Omaha, Bellevue, Council Bluffs and Papillion; open in La Vista and Ralston
Courts: State and county courts closed in Nebraska and Iowa
Mail: No delivery
Parking Meters: Coins not needed in Omaha
Garbage collection: Regular schedule in Omaha
Utilities: MUD and OPPD offices open
Libraries: All Omaha, Bellevue and Council Bluffs locations closed
MAT: Buses will run as scheduled
