Trumbull man pleads no contest

THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

LINCOLN — A south-central Nebraska man accused of trying to entice what he believed were underage girls has pleaded no contest to a felony online enticement charge.

A spokesman for Attorney General Jon Bruning’s office said that in exchange for the plea from 46-year-old Kevin Fullerton of Trumbull, prosecutors agreed to drop three other enticement charges in his case.

A press release from Bruning’s office says Fullerton believed he was communicating with two underage girls while he committed lewd acts in front of a webcam. He was actually communicating with investigators in Bruning’s office.

Fullerton faces up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine when he’s sentenced Dec. 22.
