A youth soccer coach accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old player was ordered today to have no contact with athletic programs for girls.

Bail was set at $50,000 for Jason M. Dishman, 29, 6023 Hickory St.. He is charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child. He would have to post $5,000 to be released pending trial.

Dishman waived his preliminary hearing and will stand trial in Douglas County District Court.

Dishman has declined an interview request from The World-Herald.

A female player reported to police last month that she and Dishman had gone to a home owned by his mother to watch a movie. While there, she told police, Dishman assaulted her.

The girl said the incident happened sometime between mid-December of last year and early January, when she was 15 years old.

Dishman was listed as an "under 15" coach for the Arsenal girls teams in 2008-09. The Elkhorn Soccer Club more recently listed him as one of its trainers.

The Nebraska State Soccer Association, the governing body for club soccer in the state, said it has suspended Dishman pending an investigation.

On it's website, the Elkhorn Soccer Club said: "The alleged incident happened before Jason was associated with the Elkhorn Soccer Club and does not involve any of our members."

The club said it would have no further comment on the matter, due to the ongoing investigation.
