Flu kills three more Iowans

By Michael O'Connor
WORLD-HERALD STAFF WRITER

Iowa health officials have reported three additional H1N1 flu deaths.

One involved in a child in eastern Iowa and two involved adults in south-central Iowa.

All had risk factors that increased the chance of complications, officials said.

Iowa has had 24 confirmed H1N1 deaths. Nebraska has had 12.
