WORLD-HERALD NEWS SERVICE

KEARNEY — The fourth suspect in a Kearney in-home robbery has been convicted for her role in the incident.
Shakira Davis, 33, pleaded no contest in Buffalo County District Court to burglarizing that home June 1. She also pleaded no contest to felony theft in another home burglary on June 15, and and misdemeanor trespassing in yet another home.

Sentencing will be in January.

The three others involved in the June 1 robbery were convicted earlier this month.

Davis is being held at the Buffalo County Detention Center. She faces one to 20 years in prison for the felonies and up to one year in jail for trespassing.
