A 63-year-old Omaha man was arrested Friday for allegedly cutting a bar owner with a knife after he was kicked out of the bar for fighting with a woman.
Nathaniel Hall was arrested on suspicion of second-degree felony assault and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
Jerald Burgess, the owner of Kozee Lounge at 5813 N. 60th St., told police he broke up a fight between Hall and a woman at the bar. Hall was then kicked out of the bar, but came back shortly after with a knife. That's when Burgess said he was assaulted.
Burgess was taken to the Nebraska Medical Center, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
