CHADRON, Neb. — A Chadron School Board member remains jailed on charges he assaulted his wife and mother.
Dave Noble is being held in the Dawes County Jail on $20,000 bond.
He was arrested Nov. 8 on two counts of third-degree assault and one count each of obstructing a police officer and disturbing the peace. Noble has pleaded not guilty.
The charges stem from two separate incidents. Noble was first arrested in late August for allegedly hitting his wife in the face. The second arrest, on Nov. 8, came after Noble’s mother reported that he tried to hit her.
Police say alcohol was involved in both incidents.
