ELWOOD, Neb. — A proposal for a new library in Elwood, Neb., will be held Dec. 21 at 7 p.m. at the Elwood Senior Center.
The meeting was called jointly by the Elwood Village Board of Trustees and the Gosper County Board of Commissioners.
The present library is a small facility adjacent to the Elwood Volunteer Fire Department Fire Hall.
The meeting will be for residents to discuss the proposal and for a committee to share information it has gathered.
