BROKEN BOW, Neb. -- Broken Bow voters narrowly passed an ordinance Tuesday allowing keno in town.
The measure was approved, 173-131, with voter turnout at just 11 percent, according to the Custer County clerk's office.
The city's portion of keno proceeds would go toward operation costs for the city swimming pool.
