COLUMBUS — A 36-year-old Columbus man was found guilty Thursday of sexually assaulting a now-15-year-old girl over a two-year period and filming a pornographic video depicting himself and the teen.
Platte County District Court Judge Robert Steinke found Ronald Voter Jr. guilty of all charges after taking the case under advisement last week following a two-day bench trial.
Voter, convicted of assaulting the girl scores of times over a two-year period beginning in mid-2007 when she was 13, was found guilty of first-degree sexual assault, sexually explicit conduct and possession of methamphetamine.
He will be sentenced Jan. 29.
