The O.M.A.H.A. Jr. Mavericks Squirt AA team is going global.
The team will play in the International Silver Stick Tournament Jan. 15-18 in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, after winning the regional tourney in Fort Wayne, Ind., in November.
The team is made up of 10- and 11-year-olds from the Omaha area.
