Colleen Simonsen of Omaha sent this recipe for a delicate Asian-inspired cookie that turns into something of a lacy confection in the oven. She got the recipe from a Ladies Home Journal several years ago and it's become a family favorite, she said, for three key reasons: “It is very good and flavorful, it is quick and easy to make, and lastly, it only has 35 calories per cookie.”
