Jeanene Wehrbein of Plattsmouth, Neb., shares an old-fashioned version of a ginger cookie that's a favorite in her family. “It is similar to a ginger snap or molasses cookie, but what I love about this recipe is the method of forming the cookies,” Wehrbein writes. “I always make these because the strips give a nice shape change to an assorted cookie plate.”
