Rural Panhandle school to close

HARRISON, Neb. (AP) — The Sioux County school board has decided to close up the rural Bodarc school building northeast of Harrison, but won’t board it up permanently.

The school didn’t open for classes this past fall because it had no students.

The board decided to keep the school in the district inventory, available in case more students move into the area.
