HASTINGS, Neb. (AP) — Adams County authorities say icy conditions may be to blame for a crash that left three people dead.
The Adams County Sheriff's office says a van driven by a woman was eastbound on U.S. Highway 6 just southwest of Hastings around 5:30 Thursday morning when it lost control. The van then struck a westbound pickup. Both drivers and a male passenger in the van were killed.
Authorities haven't yet released the names of the victims.
The crash remains under investigation.
