A 43-year-old grandmother allegedly caught a man masturbating while holding undergarments that belonged to her and her granddaughter.
The woman said she saw the 49-year-old man in the laundry room of the apartment complex where they both live. The man has not been arrested or cited.
According to a police report, the woman walked down to the basement laundry room to check on her laundry when she saw the man with the panties stuffed down his pants. The incident happened Monday at an apartment complex near 100th and Fort Streets.
The woman told the man to get out.
