The Blade & Edge Figure Skating Club will lead Special Olympics athletes onto the ice Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Moylan IcePlex in Tranquility Park.
“We want to introduce the Special Olympics athletes to the sport of figure skating and give them a chance to experience a little of what they've seen on TV during the 2010 Winter Olympics,” said club director Roxanne Tyler.
Blade & Edge skaters will be assisted by Boy and Girl Scouts.
