KEARNEY — Former Buffalo County Attorney Andrew McMullen has died.
McMullen, 80, died at his home Saturday. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Tuesday at O’Brien-Straatmann Funeral Home.
McMullen served as Buffalo County attorney from 1962 to 1973 and again from 1999 to 2003, when current Buffalo County Attorney Shawn Eatherton won the office.
McMullen also served as president of the Buffalo County Bar Association, was a 50-year member of the Nebraska Bar Association and was a member of the Nebraska County Attorneys Association.
