>> Uprising Bakery, in the former Bickford Bakery inside the Aromas Coffeehouse at 1031 Jones St., plans shamrock-shaped cookies, shortbread and a version of the Irish Car Bomb Cupcake, though baker Autumn Pruitt wasn’t sure what she’d call it.
>> WheatFields Eatery & Bakery locations in the Old Market, One Pacific Place and Shadow Lake Towne Center are serving Grasshopper Pie (creme de menthe marshmallow cream pie with chocolate crust), shamrock and leprechaun sugar cookies, and Irish cream puffs with green-colored cream filling.
