Bio Nebraska Life Sciences meeting is set for April 15

The Bio Nebraska Life Sciences Association will hold its annual meeting at 4 p.m. April 15 at the Embassy Suites hotel in La Vista.

Featured speakers will be Marianne Clarke, director of the Washington office of Battelle’s Technology Partnership Practice, and Lisa Drake, director of government affairs for Monsanto.

The Governor’s Bioscience Award also will be presented.

The Bio Nebraska Life Sciences Association, now in its fifth year, promotes biotechnology and government partnerships to foster the growth of life sciences.

The annual meeting is open to the public. Reservations, due by April 8, may be made by e-mailing bione@bionebraska.org or by calling (402) 829-9011. The cost is $30 for members and $60 for nonmembers.
