MCGREW, Neb. (AP) — The Nebraska State Patrol is trying to determine what caused an accident that killed a North Carolina man.
Robert Osland, 34, of Mooresville, N.C., was killed Monday afternoon when his vehicle crossed the center line of the highway and collided with a semitrailer truck, the patrol said.
The accident happened on U.S. Highway 92 about three miles west of McGrew shortly before 2 p.m. Monday.
Officials say it’s not clear why Osland’s vehicle crossed the highway into oncoming traffic.
