An 85-year-old man died Thursday after he crashed his car at the intersection of 144th and Pacific Streets.
The man apparently suffered from a medical condition, police said.
Sebastian Caniglia of Omaha was driving north on 144th Street. He lost control of his Buick LeSabre, crossed the median and both lanes of southbound traffic and crashed into a traffic signal.
Caniglia was not responsive at the scene, police said. He was pronounced dead at Creighton University Medical Center.
