The U.S. Marshal's Service has arrested a man wanted in the Nov. 10 shooting death of an Omaha man.
Kevin J. Watt, 24, was arrested Thursday in Glendale, Ariz., on a charge of first-degree murder. He is awaiting extradition to Omaha.
Authorities said Watt is responsible for the death of Adrian Lessley, 25, who was shot at 3113 Lincoln Blvd.
Lessley was pronounced dead at the scene. Also injured in the shooting was Jason Marion, 33.
Prosecutors say Jeromie Wade, 27, got into an argument on the porch and then called Watt, who came over and shot the two men with a rifle. Wade was arrested on suspicion of being an accessory to a felony.
An arrest warrant for Watt was issued Nov. 22.
He also was charged in the warrant with first-degree assault, two counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony and possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.
