A Scottsbluff, Neb., teenager died in a one-vehicle accident Saturday about three miles east of Mitchell, Neb.
The Nebraska State Patrol said in a press release that Matthew Osburn, 17, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators determined that Osburn was driving east on Nebraska Highway 26 about 10 p.m. when the vehicle lost control and rolled.
Two unidentified passengers in the vehicle also were injured, but their conditions were not released. None of the three people in the vehicle were wearing seat belts.
