A judge ordered the former head of an Omaha youth football organization to stand trial May 2 on charges he sexually assaulted a child.
Darrel Meyer, 63, faces trial on two counts of sexual assault of a child and 26 counts of possession of child pornography.
Prosecutors allege that Meyer sexually assaulted a girl from the age of 5 until she was 11. Meyer has pleaded not guilty.
Meyer was a coach and administrator in the Omaha Chiefs football organization before his arrest in July.
