World-Herald News Service

STANTON, Neb. — Two Norfolk men were sentenced to prison and another was sentenced to six months in jail Monday in Stanton County District Court.

Richard Domsch, 37, was sentenced to 12 to 18 months in prison on two separate theft related charges, said a Stanton County official.

Domsch was arrested last year by the Stanton County Sheriff's Office in connection with the theft of a trailer and then a motor vehicle near Woodland Park.

Also sentenced to 12 to 18 months in prison on a charge of resisting arrest-second offense was Darren Wolf, 32.

Wolf was arrested last fall in Stanton by the sheriff's office for driving while intoxicated.

During his arrest, Wolf attempted to flee in handcuffs and was charged with resisting arrest after being chased and subdued. He also received 60 days in jail in the driving while intoxicated conviction.

In another case, Eric Kluthe, 28, was sentenced to six months in jail after he was convicted of third degree-domestic assault.

Kluthe was arrested last year for an assault near Woodland Park against a female companion.

The sentences were handed down by Stanton County District Court Judge Robert Ensz.
