A 34-year-old man who died in a crash in Oshkosh, Neb., late Monday was about to become a dad for the second time, relatives said.
Stormy Jessen, who lived in the Panhandle town, was ejected from his vehicle during the rollover crash just after 11 p.m., according to the Nebraska State Patrol.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
Jessen ran a trucking company, S and S Trucking, and was described by relatives as a progressive corn farmer who used emerging farming techniques.
He loved NASCAR, particularly driver Jeff Gordon, and had played football during his freshman year at Garden County High School, before a knee injury forced him from the field.
Jessen has an infant son, Hunter, and a second son is to be born in June.
"A great friend, great person," said Anthony Parker, 35, a brother-in-law.
