YORK, Neb. (AP) — A 21-year-old York man faces a felony escape charge after leaving a treatment center without permission.
Online court records say Zachary Gilliam has been charged with escape when under arrest on a felony charge.
Gilliam was arrested Sunday in McCool Junction.
Gilliam already faces drug-related charges. He'd been given permission to leave the jail so he could attend a drug treatment program.
Officials say Gilliam soon left the facility, against court orders.
