Lincoln —Senior heavyweight Tucker Lane won his 100th career match as the No. 8 Nebraska wrestling team finished its regular-season dual schedule with a 26-16 victory against Northern Iowa on Sunday at NU Coliseum.
The Huskers finished the season 15-4 overall and 5-4 in Big Ten.
The ninth-ranked Lane became the 20th wrestler in school history to hit the century mark after defeating Blayne Beale by decision 6-1. The Redvale, Colo., native is 22-5 overall and finished the year 15-4 in duals.
Redshirt freshman Skylar Galloway got his first varsity win for the Huskers after rallying with three third-period takedowns to top Ryan Jauch 6-3 at 149 pounds.
Next up for the Huskers is the Big Ten championship March 3 and 4 in West Lafayette, Ind.
