Omaha police have booked a man on suspicion of first-degree murder.
Thylun Hill, 32, of Omaha was arrested in connection with the death of Anthony J. Carter, 47, whose body was found Saturday night near 31st and Fowler Avenues.
Officers shot Hill when he grabbed a gun after he jumped a fence near the body, police said.
Hill also was booked on suspicion of using a weapon to commit a felony. — Roseann Moring
