The Funny Bone Comedy Club, 17305 Davenport St., will host a fundraiser for residents of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in memory Jent Monk, widely known as J. Medicine Hat, on Sunday.
Medicine Hat, a comedian and hypnotist, died in August. He was a frequent performer at the Funny Bone.
Sunday’s benefit will include performances by comedians Heather Jones and James Johann, musical performances by the McGuigan Brothers and Liberty Monk, a silent auction and more.

Myth, 1105 Howard St., will offer a class in the art of making holiday cocktails Monday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Bartender and Myth co-owner Brian Murzyn, who Bombay Sapphire selected as one of its most inspired bartenders in 2009, will lead the class. He’ll use almond biscotti tea-infused bourbon and other seasonal spirits in the drinks.
