Outlook: With a veteran group back, Daniels expects to be much improved from the past two years.

Outlook: The Cardinals won’t be vastly experienced across the board, but Porter expects his team to be improved.

Outlook: Conover takes over for longtime coach Mitch Anderson, who remains with the program as an assistant. The Bulldogs will be young but have 30 wrestlers, which pleases Conover.
Sioux City East

Outlook: The Warriors are the joint effort of Sidney and Fremont-Mills, and with 27 athletes, big things are expected by the coaches. Hall and Hill were district qualifiers last year.

Outlook: The Trojans will have experience and fill every weight class, which gives them the capability of being an outstanding dual team.

Outlook: Stephens has been impressed with his team’s work ethic in the preseason. Curtis and Foutch were third-place finishers last season.

Outlook: The Spartans will try to develop several freshmen and follow the lead of Moore and Nelson.
