New Year’s Eve is here and if heading to a bar or a theme party requiring expensive tickets doesn’t sound like fun, maybe you could throw your own party. BuzzFeed pulled together 51 DIY ideas for your own New Year’s party, from decorations to drinks.

Many love the iconic paintings of Norman Rockwell from the Saturday Evening Post, so those that are also Batman fans will dig “The Gotham Evening Post.” Mark Dos Santos painted several images of Batman characters in the style of Rockwell.

Minimalist movie posters — say a screen print of a solitary whip on a red background for “Indiana Jones” — have been all the rage on Pinterest lately. CoolMaterial.com has a great collection of these simple, but striking, posters designed by some hip artists.
