MINNEAPOLIS — The Nebraska men's gymnastics team finished second in a triangular Saturday, placing behind No. 6 Minnesota and ahead of Illinois-Chicago.
NU's Grant Perdue took the event title in the floor exercise with his season-high score of 15.15. Perdue then tied with Minnesota's Adam LaFleur and Adam Kern in the vault with a 15.15.
Wyatt Aycock took the individual all-around title after scoring an 82.200, a season-high score for the junior.
Meanwhile, the Nebraska women earned a 195.750-194.750 win over Illinois on Friday in Lincoln.
Jessie DeZiel the Huskers, tying for the floor title (9.85) en route to picking up her first all-around win of the year with a season-best 39.425.
