Bill Baburek, owner of Crescent Moon, will give a talk on Omaha’s brewing history at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Swanson Conference Center Institute for the Culinary Arts on Metropolitan Community College’s Fort Omaha Campus, 5300 N 30th St.
Baburek will discuss the development of major Omaha breweries including Metz, Storz, Krug and Falstaff, as well as smaller breweries including Willow Springs, Fontanelle and Jetter.
