Law enforcement officials and safety experts will offer tips Monday on how to better protect yourself.
Metro-area residents are invited to a free conference to learn how to better protect themselves at home and when they are out and about.
The event is hosted by the Bellevue University School of Criminal Justice as part of national Personal Safety Awareness Month. It will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. in the John Muller Administrative Services Building on the campus, 1000 Galvin Road South in Bellevue.
