The Bluejays earned their third straight series victory to open Missouri Valley Conference play, and remained atop the league standings after beating Bradley 3-2 Sunday at CU Sports Complex.
Creighton (21-11, 7-2 Valley) maintained a half-game advantage over Drake for the Valley lead while Bradley (20-14, 5-3) dropped to third in the standings.
Becca Changstrom, a junior from Lincoln Southwest, posted her second win of the weekend with a complete-game effort. She racked up eight strikeouts while allowing two runs on eight hits.
Meanwhile, Baker extended her career Valley home run record with her 54th blast in the first inning. The RBI moved her within one of tying the conference's career record. The senior from Omaha Westside has 156 RBIs.
The Bluejays conclude a nine-game home stand against South Dakota State on Tuesday. The doubleheader begins at 4 p.m.
